Thomas R. Szieber, Jr. focuses his practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration. A lifelong New Jersey resident, he brings more than a decade of experience helping individuals and families prepare for the future while navigating some of life’s most sensitive moments — work that calls for both technical skill and real patience.

Mr. Szieber works with clients across a wide range of circumstances, from those with significant assets to individuals seeking essential planning tools. He develops thoughtful, tax-conscious estate plans designed to provide long-term protection and clarity for families, including wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and various irrevocable trusts aimed at preserving assets and minimizing potential tax burdens.

He also guides fiduciaries through estate administration, walking executors and families through each stage of probate and settlement — identifying and managing assets, meeting administrative requirements, and overseeing the orderly distribution of property to beneficiaries.

Beyond his practice, Mr. Szieber is active in his community. He serves on the board of directors of the Mental Health Association in Passaic County and the Summit Police Athletic League, contributes to the Scholarship Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, and serves on the Clifton High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee.
